Why I&#8217;m not screaming at the top of my lungs. I just fucking <a title=\"LLTM - The Need For Government Regulation\" href=\"http:\/\/www.longlivethemonkey.com\/blog\/?p=412\" target=\"_blank\">blogged<\/a> about the need for government regulation and for government to step in and do something less than two weeks ago.<\/p>\n<p>Since then two more people died because of another mine collapse and eleven people have lost their lives due to BP&#8217;s oil explosion. And not to mention the countless thousands of fish and wildlife that will die because of this oil rig explosion which could be worse than the <a title=\"Wikipedia - Exxon Valdez Oil Spill\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Exxon_Valdez_oil_spill\" target=\"_blank\">Exxon Valdez<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Hypocrites. All those tea partiers preaching their &#8220;Drill Baby, Drill&#8221;&#8230; where are they now to help clean up this mess? Where are the Republicans who <a title=\"Huffington Post - Drill Baby Drill Campions Scilent On Gulf Oil Spill\" href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2010\/04\/29\/drill-baby-drill-champion_n_558014.html\" target=\"_blank\">touted<\/a> &#8220;Drill Baby, Drill&#8221;? Why aren&#8217;t they protesting in Arizona over the recent immigration law which allows government to get in your face if you &#8220;look illegal&#8221;? Or in Oklahoma where Republicans passed legislation to make a sonogram mandatory for getting an abortion which is clear government intervention? Or what about the <a title=\"Daily Kos - We Had Eight Years Of Bush And Cheney, Now You Get Mad!?\" href=\"http:\/\/www.dailykos.com\/storyonly\/2010\/3\/28\/851912\/-We-had-eight-years-of-Bush-and-Cheney,-Now-you-get-mad!\" target=\"_blank\">entire Bush presidency<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p>The oil spill, the mining &#8220;accidents&#8221;, the hypocrites all make me sick.<\/p>\n<p>I boycott Exxon because of Valdez and now looks like I&#8217;ll be boycotting  BP.<\/p>\n<p>This shit shouldn&#8217;t happen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I really don&#8217;t know how I contain myself now.
