I just read an article saying how Republicans refuse to budge on the debt ceiling. Usually this always means a Democratic cave… like we’ve seen with health care, jobs, climate change, wall street reform, unemployment, etc.<\/p>\n
However, Obama seems to be staying strong. He’s quoted as saying (not verbatim):<\/p>\n

I hate to say this but it is about time. We want Obama to be strong on tough issues like this. I’m glad he’s deciding to do it now.<\/p>\n
